* Memory leak fixes (Pan Nengyuan)

QOM Cleanups:
* Fix typo in AARCH64_CPU_GET_CLASS
* Rename QOM macros for consistency and/or to avoid
  conflicts with other symbols
* Move typedefs to header files
* Correct instance/class sizes
