vmdk: Fix integer overflow in offset calculation

This fixes the bug introduced by commit c6ac36e (vmdk: Optimize cluster
allocation).

$ ~/build/master/qemu-io /stor/vm/arch.vmdk -c 'write 2G 1k'
write failed: Invalid argument
